What is Accelerated Resolution Therapy?
Accelerated Resolution Therapy is an innovative, evidence-based approach to mental health that uses guided visualization and eye movement techniques to help individuals overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. A.R.T. can bring significant relief in as few as 1-5 sessions.
ART was developed in 2008 by Laney Rosenzweig. The program has been the focus of ongoing studies, including research conducted at Yale University, the Mayo Clinic, and within the Canadian military.
