We’ll draw from a blend of approaches customized to your unique needs. Using Person-Centered Therapy, I provide a safe, empathetic space where you feel fully heard. With CBT, we’ll work on reframing negative thoughts, and Strengths-Based Therapy will help highlight your natural resilience. For children, Play Therapy provides a gentle way to explore emotions. I’m also training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.), a powerful technique that uses visualization and eye movements to quickly reduce the impact of trauma and anxiety. Together, these methods form a well-rounded toolkit to support your healing journey.
