Who I Work Best With

If you're going through a big change, feeling a little lost, or trying to figure out who you are (or who you want to be), I’ve got you. I love working with kids and teens who are still figuring things out, and with adults who are ready to finally put themselves first. Whether you’re building confidence, managing anxiety, or just trying to feel more like you again, I’m in your corner.

What It’s Like in a Session With Me

My vibe is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I’ll help you set goals that feel exciting (not overwhelming), and we’ll celebrate progress in all its forms. I bring in tools from CBT and narrative therapy, but I also bring my full, human self into sessions. That means we might get deep, we might problem-solve, and yes, we’ll probably laugh. Therapy should feel like a space where you can breathe again.

What Might Happen When We Work Together

  • You’ll start giving yourself credit instead of criticism
  • You might catch yourself being kind to yourself
  • You’ll start seeing options where you used to feel stuck
  • Life might not get easier overnight, but it will start to feel more yours

Why I Chose to Be a Therapist

People have always felt comfortable opening up to me, even back in sixth grade when I was a peer mediator. I’ve always been curious about what makes people tick, which led me from psychology classes to politics and, eventually, to social work. Now, I get to help people grow, heal, and realize they’re capable of more than they thought.

A Few Fun Things About Me

  • I played college volleyball.
  • I work at a cow cuddling farm where I get paid in eggs and tomatoes.
  • I have three nieces, one nephew, and three cats.

My Favorite Reminder

"Do it or don’t, the time will pass anyway."
It helps me keep moving forward, even when things feel big and scary.

If You're Thinking About Reaching Out

I really believe in people. I believe in the parts you might think are too messy or confusing. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start therapy. I’ll meet you right where you are, and we’ll figure things out together.
