I have a deep passion for working with survivors of domestic violence and helping women rediscover their voice and power. I also love working with teens and young adults as they navigate the ups and downs of growing up in today’s world. My counseling style is all about flexibility and connection. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I focus on getting to know you; what works, what doesn’t, what you need today, and I adjust my approach to meet you where you are. I value a strong, trusting relationship as the foundation for everything we do together.

Why I Chose to Be a Therapist
When I was growing up, I always wanted to help people who didn’t speak English, people who felt unheard or overlooked. That desire never left. Over the past 18 years working in the field, I’ve seen how important it is for people to feel truly listened to and understood. That’s what I aim to offer every client a safe space to be yourself, tell your story, and start healing.
