If life has felt heavy lately, whether from stress, relationship struggles, past trauma, or the weight of addiction, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m here to offer a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and begin the process of healing, one step at a time.
I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have worked in the mental health field since 2020. I also hold a master’s degree in Addictions Counseling and have supported many individuals on their recovery journeys, as well as those navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and emotional burnout.
My approach is personalized and down-to-earth. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method, instead, I listen closely, meet you where you are, and work with you to find the tools that best support your healing. You don’t need to have all the answers when you come in. Just being here is enough to start.
Outside of my clinical work, I’m passionate about music and creativity. I sing in church, write music, and enjoy collecting classic vinyl records, especially alternative bands from the ’80s. These parts of my life keep me grounded and remind me that healing can take many forms.
If you’re looking for support that’s compassionate, honest, and centered on you, I’d be honored to walk this path with you.
