Why I Chose to be a Therapist

People have always felt comfortable opening up to me, even when I was younger. Over time, I saw just how much mental health shapes every part of our lives and I wanted to be part of the healing process. Therapy lets me do what I love most: listen, support, and walk with people through hard things.

Who I Really Click With in Therapy

I connect most with children and families, especially when life feels messy or overwhelming. Helping a teen find their voice or supporting a caregiver who’s feeling stuck is why I do this work.

What It’s Like to Work with Me

Therapy with me is calm and supportive. My priority is helping you feel comfortable and truly heard. I use tools like CBT and mindfulness, but the real work starts with building trust and creating a space where you can be yourself.

Big Changes You May Notice During Our Work Together

You'll start being kinder to yourself when you "mess up".

You'll actually enjoy time with your family members instead of counting down the minutes until it's over.

You get to start living life, instead of dragging yourself through it.

Fun Facts About Me

I Love Harry Potter, Friends, and The Big Bang Theory.

Last year I swam with dolphins, sting rays, and sharks.

In my free time I like trying new recipes and fun coffee drinks.
