    How Do I Get Started

      • Contact us and let us know that you are interested in setting up an appointment. You can give us a call, send us an e-mail, use the contact form found on this site, or even message us on Facebook.


      • Someone will contact you within 24 hours to gather additional information. During this phone call, we will discuss what you would like to address in therapy, your payment options, and answer any other questions you may have.


      • Milestones will check with your insurance company to verify your mental health benefits and determine whether you have any type of co-pay or co-insurance that must be paid. During the pandemic, many insurance companies are covering these costs, so your therapy may be able to occur at no charge to you.


      • You will be sent an e-mail with a link to a client portal. Through this portal, you can complete all of your intake paperwork, schedule appointments, upload and receive documents, make payments, and send secure messages to your therapist and office staff. You can even use the portal to have HIPAA compliant video sessions with your therapist.


      • Use the portal to schedule your appointment. Most therapy sessions are taking place via electronic means due to the COVID-19 pandemic, if you want to meet with someone in person, let staff know and we will try to accommodate that request.


      • Meet with your therapist.
