Pronouns: She/Her
I know that life can feel heavy at times, especially when you’re dealing with the effects of past trauma, ongoing anxiety, or trying to make tough decisions. You might be feeling overwhelmed by all the demands on you, struggling to manage stress, or unsure how to cope with emotions that seem too big or confusing. It’s common to feel stuck or alone, wondering how to move forward or find relief.
Imagine what life could look like if you felt more grounded, with the tools and confidence to face your challenges head-on. Picture yourself making healthy decisions with clarity, managing stress in a way that doesn’t drain you, and feeling supported as you work toward your goals. What if, instead of feeling weighed down, you felt empowered to live the life you truly want, knowing you have the strength and skills to handle whatever comes your way?
With my background in both education and mental health, I bring a unique perspective to our sessions. I have over 26 years of experience working with middle schoolers and teenagers, so I understand the pressures young people face today. Now, as a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern, I focus on creating a safe, welcoming space where we can work through challenges together. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, manage difficult emotions, and make choices that align with your values and goals.
If you’re ready to start this journey, I’m here to walk alongside you. Let’s work together to help you find clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. Reach out today to set up a session—I look forward to supporting you every step of the way.
